Customers can take advantage of our Trade-in Service when upgrading to a new RSTuner interface. 

Guidelines for Trade-in Service

• Upgrade interface must be of higher model and value compared to trade-in interface.
• Trade-in is one-to-one (one interface for another).
• Item to be traded-in must be fully functional and complete for proper credit.

Trade-in value is computed as follows

1. Product purchased within 90 Days - 75% Credit of net amount
2. Product purchased within 6 months - 60% Credit of net amount
3. Product purchased within 1 Year - 50% Credit of net amount
4. Product purchased within 2 Years - 30% Credit of net amount

Trade-in value will be credited AFTER receipt of the old interface. 

You must pay shipping charges for all shipments from you to Fastchip.
All applicable charges, duties, and customs are the responsibilities of the customer.
